She has also taught canine obedience training. A lifetime animal lover, Lea is the proud dog mom to three adorable golden retrievers, Cody (age 17), Libby (age 2 /12) and Jasmine (age 2). Over the years, Lea and husband Whitney have been foster parents to nearly 100 foster dogs awaiting adoption. She is happily married to Whitney, who enjoys pitching in to help with pet care on weekends and when he is not at work. Lea and Whitney are both certified in pet first aid.
Wendy C Wendy has been with Happy at Home Pet Sitting since 2006. She has always had a love for animals. As the mom to three adorable golden Retrievers, Sherman, Bosley, and Tigger (all rescues). Wendy has worked as a volunteer with Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue since 2003. She is certified in pet first aid. She enjoys traveling, is an avid reader, and loves to spend time with friends and family.
Tiffany M Tiffany has worked in the veterinary field in small animal medicine as well as equine medicine, since 1994. As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), Tiffany worked for several years in Emergency and Specialty medicine in Berkeley as the ER Manager. She enjoys the fast pace and isays it is very rewarding to help save a life. In addition, she holds a certificate in Phamacy Technology.
Tiffany has owned animals her whole life She has shown her own dogs, Shiloh Shepherds and Bulldogs, as well as a friend's Irish Wolfhounds. Tiffany enjoys working on her Hobby Farm, which includes dairy cows, horses and chickens. She hopes to add dairy goats and angora rabbits to the farm.
Tiffany is proud the mom of three beautiful children whom she adores. She says she is happiest when being helpful to people and animals. Tiffany says, "Someone once said if you love what you do you will never 'work' a day in your life. I truly believe in that. None of my jobs have ever felt like work."
Julie W Julie has lived in Napa her whole life and just moved last year to Green Valley, which she loves. Julie has always had a love for all animals and has been the mom to many dogs and cats. She volunteers for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue and loves helping the dogs find loving forever homes She treats all animals as she would treat her own and has been known to spoil them rotten. Her husband of almost 25 years says when he dies he wants to come back as Julie's pet!
Christina I Christina has worked for Happy at Home Pet Sitting for three years and says she has loved every minute of it. She enjoys getting to know clients and their pets and providing a way for them to leave their beloved pets in the hands of someone they know and trust. She is certified in pet first aid certified, and served as a volunteer at the Humane Society in Chico.
Christina has a seven-year-old chihuahua named Picasso. She says, "I have had him since he was seven weeks old and fit in the palm of my hand. Picasso has been such a loyal companion to me all these years and has been a constant in my life through tons of change. We have had made countless memories together going on road trips, camping, sneaking him in the movie theatre, and bike riding. I look forward to making many more!"
Apart from pet sitting, Christina interns at her church in Vacaville and works at a tea house in Davis. She loves traveling and serving other nations, and plans to go back to school to get a degree in International Relations. In addition, she loves cooking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and all things out doors.
